The inspiration for this project came from a Japanese pharmaceutical company seeking to streamline their clinical trials process. The company needed a solution that could manage the entire clinical trial process, from finding participants to conducting trials, analyzing results, and submitting reports to medical regulatory authorities for official release. To address this need, we have developed a custom Clinical Trials Project Management System.
What we have done
Our team has taken on the task of building both the frontend and backend of the system from the ground up. We have focused on creating a user-friendly interface and a robust, scalable backend to support the needs of the client and future users. The app is currently in production and our team is providing ongoing support, including maintenance and the addition of new features, to ensure the system continues to meet the evolving needs of the client and its users.
Problem solved
The Clinical Trials Project Management System has helped the client to effectively manage the entire clinical trial process online, making it more efficient and streamlined. The system serves as a central hub for other pharmaceutical companies to conduct their clinical trials, and provides a community for collaboration and knowledge sharing. This has made the process of conducting clinical trials easier, faster, and more efficient, while also reducing the administrative burden and increasing the accuracy of results analysis.
Tech stack
To build the Clinical Trials Project Management System, we have used a combination of PHP Laravel, Lumen, NuxtJS, and MySQL. These technologies provide a strong foundation for the system’s backend and frontend, ensuring reliable performance, scalability, and security. The use of PHP Laravel and Lumen provide a robust framework for building scalable and secure applications, while NuxtJS offers a flexible, modular approach to frontend development, making it easy to create custom user interfaces that meet the needs of the client and its users.
